_ Position Summary: _
As the first point of contact with our patients, the Director of First Impressions plays a critical role in the success of our office. We are seeking for the right person to join our dedicated team. We are a multi-specialty dental practice with offices in multiple locations and have been serving our community for over 50 years.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a warm, cheerful, and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with people.
A key responsibility in this role is assisting patients in a non-clinical related matter, scheduling appointments, and obtaining all necessary and relevant information from our patients with a pleasant and upbeat style.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 2-year dental office experience
Working knowledge of key dental terminology and procedures.
Experience working with dental software.
High School Diploma
Fluent in English and Spanish helpful, but not required.
You will manage the day-to-day process efficiently and daily audits and corrections to ensure claims are not held up in the clearinghouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
